Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m Jennifer, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado. I am passionate about helping individuals from all walks of life navigate through their struggles and find the healing and balance they deserve. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or navigating difficult life changes, I am here to support you.

I specialize in working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and I am experienced in addressing a wide range of challenges, including but not limited to: Anxiety and Stress Depression Trauma and PTSD Challenging Life Transitions Grief and Loss Anger Management Suicidal and Crisis Support Domestic Violence Substance Use and Addiction Schizophrenia

Each person is unique, and I strive to create a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your feelings, develop coping strategies, and work toward lasting change. Taking the first step to reach out for help can be daunting, but I believe you don’t have to navigate this journey alone!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I enjoy incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness techniques with my clients. These approaches offer valuable guidance for making meaningful progress in daily life, empowering personal change, building self-confidence, and increasing awareness of what strategies work best for each individual.

Through my work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, I've found that taking the time to reflect on what has brought a person to where they are today is incredibly valuable. This process helps clarify their goals, identify healthy coping strategies that work for them, and explore ways to navigate daily challenges more effectively.

What you can expect from our first session

The environment I create will be safe, welcoming, and open-minded, allowing you to move at your own pace without fear of judgment. It’s important to me that you feel comfortable and supported throughout our work together.
