Great to meet you!

For over a decade, I’ve supported people through some of life’s most painful and transformative moments. I specialize in working with adults who’ve experienced domestic violence, emotional abuse, or complex trauma. Many of my clients struggle with self-doubt, anxiety, or feeling stuck in old patterns — even though they’re thoughtful, resilient, and deeply committed to growth. Our work often centers on helping them reconnect with their own voice, needs, and inner steadiness.

I earned my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and have worked in both agency and private practice settings in San Fransisco. In addition to trauma recovery, I support clients navigating grief, life transitions, boundary work, and the long impact of childhood experiences.

My approach to therapy

My work is relational and person-centered, which means therapy is a collaborative process rooted in trust, respect, and authenticity. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to perform or hold it all together. You get to show up just as you are, and together we make sense of what’s hurting, what’s missing, and what’s possible.

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms or diagnoses, I’m more interested in who you are, what matters to you, and how your experiences have shaped the way you move through the world. Our work will move at your pace, grounded in trust, curiosity, and care. You might be carrying a lot, or simply feeling an inner nudge that something needs to shift. Wherever you are, therapy can be a space to slow down, take stock, and move forward with more clarity.

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me they feel deeply heard in our sessions — not just listened to, but truly understood. Many describe a sense of relief in being able to speak freely without fear of judgment, and a growing clarity around things that once felt confusing or overwhelming.

Together, we create space to explore your experiences with compassion and curiosity. Over time, this often leads to new insights — moments where something clicks, or where a different perspective opens up possibilities that hadn’t been visible before. Some clients notice a shift in how they speak to themselves, or in how they relate to others. Others describe feeling more grounded, more self-aware, or more able to set boundaries that reflect their needs.

While everyone’s journey is different, the goal is the same: to help you reconnect with your own voice, find steadiness in the midst of uncertainty, and move forward in a way that feels more true to who you are.
