Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about your journey? You don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m Jen, a compassionate Licensed Independent Social Worker dedicated to helping you find clarity and healing. With over 7 years of experience in counseling and 18 years of working in child welfare, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a heartfelt commitment to support your emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe mental health care should be real, collaborative, and judgment-free. I’m not here to hand you a quick fix or talk at you from a pedestal — I’m here to listen, ask questions, and work with you to figure out what actually helps.

I take a direct but supportive style: if something isn’t working, we’ll say so and adjust. If humor helps, we’ll laugh. If honesty feels hard, we’ll slow down and make space for it. My job is to make sure you feel both understood and empowered — not overwhelmed by medical jargon or cookie-cutter plans.

I stay open-minded because I know that every person’s story is different. Whether you’re looking for medication management, strategies to handle stress, or just someone to really hear you out, we’ll build a plan that fits you (not the other way around).
