Jennifer Kovi

Jenny is a compassionate and experienced therapist with 18 years of expertise working with children and families involved in the child welfare system. Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Multi-Systemic Therapy, Jenny brings a diverse skill set to her practice. She is currently trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and seeking certification as an EMDR therapist.

Throughout her career, Jenny has focused on stabilizing family systems and fostering healthy relationships, even in the most difficult situations. She specializes in managing and reducing symptoms of traumatic distress and anxiety, parent/teen conflict, and anger management. Jenny is committed to creating a safe and open environment where clients can share their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment.
