Great to meet you!

Now accepting new clients! Also available nights and weekends both online and in- person! Email is the best way to contact me! Include preferred days/times & place. Hey there! I'm Jen, and I would love to partner with you in helping you achieve your goals. Many things can keep us stuck and prevent us from moving forward and reaching our true potential in life. Sometimes, even the strongest of us need a little help to push through or gain clarity. I've got you! I've likely had similar struggles and can help you navigate the choppy waters through my own lived experiences, my education, and the help I've provided others along the way.

My approach to therapy

My primary focus is trauma and how that plays out, often in subconscious ways, keeping us addicted, angry, controlling others, and in toxic relationships. I am trained in EMDR psychotherapy. I specialize in addictions/substance abuse, domestic violence, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, troubled relationships, military, first responders, and more.

What you can expect from me

I am very empathic and compassionate while also being authentic and straight forward. I will tell you like I see it, but I will meet you where you are and guide you at your pace. You are absolutely safe here from judgment (no matter what!), and everyone is treated fairly and as equals in my presence. I look forward to being a part of your life journey!
