Great to meet you!

Welcome! I offer a warm and supportive space where you can feel comfortable talking about what’s happening in your life. Together, we’ll work to better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while developing practical ways to manage your current concerns, and life transitions. My goal is to help you feel more confident, connected, and able to create meaningful change in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy draws on a variety of insight-oriented approaches, fostering self-awareness and curiosity. My work integrates trauma-focused, psychodynamic and relational approaches with evidenced-based therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT). This allows you to balance practical strategies for managing current concerns with deeper exploration of emotions, relationships, and recurring patterns.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive space where you can talk openly about what you are currently experiencing. We will engage in a collaborative discussion of the current issue and a tentative treatment focus for the first few sessions. Rather than using the same approach with everyone, I tailor therapy to each client's needs, goals, culture, and life experiences.
