Great to meet you!

I have 15 years of experience in the field of mental and behavioral health. My approach to your care is to meet you where you are and offer support to help you relearn how to heal and manage your mental health. This will allow you to gain insight into effective coping skills and regain some sense of joy and a comprehensive understanding of your mental health.

My approach to therapy

I am approachable and amiable. I make every effort to alleviate the anxiety that is associated with the initial meeting and the commencement of treatment. I concentrate on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and treatment that emphasizes problem-solving. I am entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring that my clients are able to discuss their mental health without fear of judgment and feel secure.

What you can expect from me

My objective of the initial session is to foster and cultivate an environment in which my clients can feel at ease and engage in discussions regarding the factors that have led them to the session. Additionally, I aim to provide them with the opportunity to inquire about treatment and the anticipated outcomes of my involvement in their mental health journey.
