Great to meet you!

Want to make the most of your life, but something keeps getting in the way?

I work with thoughtful, high-energy adults who feel held back by patterns they can’t seem to break—whether that’s anxiety, addiction, trauma, self-criticism, relationship difficulties, depression, or persistent overthinking. Stop letting your lizard brain run the show.

Together, we’ll identify the emotional and behavioral patterns that no longer serve you, understand where they came from, and develop practical ways to move forward. My goal is not simply symptom reduction, but helping you create a life that feels meaningful, connected, and fully your own.

My approach to therapy

I draw from psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and mindful self-compassion, integrating these approaches with a strong foundation in Buddhist meditation practice. Clients often tell me they appreciate my insight, curiosity, and ability to ask questions that help them see themselves in new ways.

I have particular interest and experience in:

  • Trauma and recovery
  • Addiction and compulsive behaviors
  • Spirituality and contemplative practice
  • Integration of psychedelic experiences
  • Sexual well-being and intimacy
  • Anxiety, rumination, and self-criticism
