Great to meet you!

Welcome to my practice! I am a graduate of the Counseling Psychology program at Framingham State. I have been working in the human service field since 2019. I work with individuals impacted by anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. My goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences, manage symptoms, and strengthen your coping skills.

My approach to therapy

We will work together to develop personalized goals for treatment that focus on your strengths. I utilize solution-focused and client-centered approaches as well as CBT and mindfulness. I believe that you are the expert of your life, and with thoughtful exploration, change and growth are possible.

What you can expect from me

I prefer to utilize a blend of modalities in my practice that suit the unique needs of the individual. During treatment, I will employ various treatment models that address negative thoughts, trauma, and readiness for change. Together, we will explore what treatment options speak to you and your unique therapeutic needs.
