I work with individuals who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients struggle with low self-esteem, people-pleasing, or relationship patterns that leave them feeling unseen and emotionally drained. My goal is to help you feel more confident, grounded, and capable of handling life’s challenges with clarity and self-trust.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive. Together, we’ll explore what’s been keeping you stuck—unhelpful thoughts, emotional patterns, or past experiences—and begin developing tools to create lasting change. I want therapy to feel like a safe space where you can show up fully, without judgment, and start to reconnect with your own strengths.
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches to help you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create healthier relationships with yourself and others. My hope is that through our work together, you’ll not only learn to manage stress and self-doubt, but also rediscover a deeper sense of self-worth and emotional balance.
