Great to meet you!

My name is Jennie, and I am a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts. I have worked with adolescents and adults in community mental health, college counseling, juvenile justice, and the VA. Each person brings their own history, beliefs, and strengths to therapy. I look forward to learning your story and partnering with you as we clarify your goals and move toward meaningful, lasting change together.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma and attachment, with a focus on how your experiences have shaped your development, strengths, and current struggles. Early challenges can show up as anxiety, depression, identity concerns, or relationship conflict. Drawing from evidence based treatments, I prioritize an authentic, trusting relationship as we explore your worldview, build skills, and create strategies that help you move through obstacles.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know one another and what you are hoping to gain from therapy. We will explore your goals, how you will recognize progress, and what has or has not helped in the past. We will also talk through current barriers so we can create a plan that feels clear, realistic, and supportive of the life you want to build.
