Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families in both school and therapeutic settings. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, ADHD, behavioral challenges, and everyday stressors. My goal is to provide a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, talking openly, and working through the things that may be weighing on you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, practical, and tailored to each person. I use CBT, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, and trauma-informed approaches, but I don’t believe therapy should feel one-size-fits-all. We’ll work together to understand what you’re experiencing, recognize patterns, build coping skills, and find strategies that make sense for your life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll talk about what has been going on, what you would like to work on, and what you hope to get from therapy. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and comfortable with where we’re headed together.
