My name is Jennifer Leighton, LCSW. As a clinician, I have worked in a variety of settings including, psychiatric, outpatient mental health that provided individual, family, couples, and group counseling. I have extentive amount of experience working with individuals and families facing unique challenges of substance abuse and DCPP involvement.

My approach to therapy

As a clinician, I believe in authenticity and transparency. I am real, genuine, empathetic, assertive and relatable. I have created a therapeutic environment where my clients can feel comfortable and safe being whom they are, where they can share your thoughts and feelings without any judgement. I will support and motivate you on your journey toward healing, mental well-being, feeling more grounded and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

As your clinician, I will make sure your feelings and thoughts are heard. Our sessions will provide space to pause, breathe and feel supported again. Each session will be build a posituve therapeutic relationship.
