Great to meet you!

Life is a mix of incredible joys and challenging obstacles. I provide a secure environment where you can process your experiences and work towards your aspirations. Together, we will uncover your inherent strengths and guide you forward.

My approach to therapy

Your story is entirely your own, which is why your therapy should be too. I tailor my approach to fit your individual needs. Walking into therapy is a collaborative effort; we are in this together. I promise to provide a respectful, open space where you feel safe to share. My role is to walk alongside you—listening closely, offering gentle challenges, and supporting you through the breakthroughs

What you can expect from me

Our work begins with an introductory session—a dedicated space for you to share your story and what you hope to get out of therapy. Together, we’ll map out a path forward. I focus on creating a warm, secure environment where you can feel safe being vulnerable and completely yourself. From there, we will use our subsequent sessions to actively turn your goals into reality.
