Great to meet you!

I'm a therapist with 20 years of experience and a master's degree from the University of Denver. Clients often describe me as approachable, funny, and engaging, and I believe therapy works best when there's a foundation of trust and openness. I like to meet people where they're at and support them in discovering their own strengths and resilience. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while working towards growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in building strong rapport and therapeutic relationships, creating a safe space where both support and challenge can lead to greater self-awareness. I incorporate goal-oriented and holistic practices to help clients grow in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with new insights, a strong sense of ability, and space for meaningful contemplation. My hope is that therapy fosters motivation to continue the process, while also deepening self-awareness and confidence in one's own growth.
