Great to meet you!

Perhaps you're feeling stressed, down and maybe a bit anxious as you try to navigate this new world we are finding ourselves in. Reaching out for support takes courage and I'm glad you are here! I am Jennifer Leos and have more than 20 years experience as a licensed counselor working with families, individuals and in group settings. I have worked with clients who have a wide range of concerns including stress, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and parenting concerns.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am a firm believer that a one-size-fits-all approach is not effective and believe in tailoring a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

What you can expect from me

Most importantly, I believe in EMPOWERING my clients. If after reviewing my calendar, you don't see a time that works for you, simply send me a message so we can coordinate together. Thank you and I look forward to meeting you!
