Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a LCSW who supports individuals through all aspects of life. My background is in public schools and private practice. Additionally, I support clients with anxiety, depression, autism, learning disabilities, brain injuries, chronic pain, ADD/ADHD, young teen/adult issues, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

When you make a decision to start therapy, it is a unique journey. I use a variety of clinical modalities to support clients in growth. I hope to work with you in finding hope and fulfillment as you continue through life.

What you can expect from me

First sessions can be both exciting and overwhelming. All sessions are completed remotely so you can feel comfortable in a safe environment of your choice. During our first session, I will ask what you why you chose therapy and what you hope to get out of it. From there, we will work together to create a plan that makes you feel both comfortable and hopeful.
