Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed therapist with a master's degree in clinical psychology from La Salle University and advanced certifications in both gambling disorder (ICGC-II) & substance use (CAADC) — two areas where I've built deep, specialized expertise over my career. I work with individuals and families navigating addiction, co-occurring mental health challenges, and the often-complicated relationship between the two. I believe every person's story is different, and I'm not interested in one-size-fits-all treatment. What I am interested in is getting to know you — and building something that actually works for your life.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively and from a strengths-based lens, which means I'm not focused on what's wrong with you — I'm focused on what you already have going for you and how we build from there. I bring a natural curiosity to our work together, and I'm not above using humor when it fits. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to get honest, and curious enough to start seeing things a little differently. Change doesn't have to feel heavy — sometimes it starts with a single shift in perspective.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is just a conversation to understand what brought you in, what's feeling hard right now, and what you're hoping things could look like on the other side. There's no pressure to have it all figured out before we start. I'll ask questions, listen closely, and together we'll start sketching out what a treatment plan tailored to you might look like. You can expect to leave feeling heard, not judged.
