Great to meet you!

As a trauma-focused mental health provider, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. I take great pride in helping individuals get to the root of their struggles, guiding them toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. My mission is to promote healing from the inside out. If you find yourself feeling unhappy, unmotivated, or constantly comparing yourself to others, it might be time to look deeper—toward understanding, healing, and reconnecting with who you truly are. I invite you to step into this beautiful therapeutic path. You are not alone. Together, we will work toward helping you live to your fullest potential, embrace your unique journey, and most importantly, learn to love yourself. As a first-time mother of a toddler, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges of postpartum anxiety and depression. This personal journey has deepened my empathy and commitment to supporting other mothers through this vulnerable, yet profoundly transformative stage of life. I want you to enjoy these early years, to feel supported, and to set healthy boundaries that prioritize your self-care. Motherhood is a blessing, but it’s okay to acknowledge the struggle too. You deserve support, healing, and the space to rediscover your strength.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide trauma-informed, compassionate care to new and expecting mothers facing challenges such as anxiety and depression. My approach focuses on inner healing, emotional regulation, and strengthening self-compassion. I integrate mindfulness, psychoeducation, and practical tools to help mothers manage overwhelm, set healthy boundaries, and reconnect with their identity. As both a therapist and mother, I offer a supportive, culturally sensitive space where women can heal, grow, and feel empowered in their motherhood journey.

What you can expect from our first session

I approach goal setting as a collaborative and empowering process. Together with each client, we explore their unique needs, values, and readiness for change. I help clients identify realistic, meaningful goals that align with their healing journey, not just surface-level fixes, but deeper, long-term growth. We break goals into manageable steps and regularly check in to celebrate progress or adjust as needed. My focus is on creating a sense of direction without pressure, allowing clients to move at their own pace while building confidence and self-awareness along the way.
