My name is Jennifer. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned my MSW degree from Indiana University 24 years ago. I specialize in treating ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Women's Issues, Couples Work, Family therapy, PTSD, life transitions, and stress management.
My approach to therapy is focusing on strengths based, empowering clients and using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and general talk therapy.
I strive to create a warm, nonjudgemental and laid back atmosphere especially in the initial assessment to help my clients feel comfortable and safe. I am friendly and kind and establish rapport fairly quickly with my clients.
