My passion is in helping people navigate life-changing grief. Grief can leave us feeling isolated, at times, experiencing physical pain and emptiness, with a loss of hope and vision for our futures. I can help you on this journey of grief with tools that will honor the memory of your loved one and create a future full of hope. You will find a way to integrate this loss into your life and find meaning again. As a bereaved parent, I know this journey.

We will work collaboratively on a path of healing. Through lived experience, I provide space to remember your loved one, process uncomfortable feelings and find meaning in a way that honors your unique experience. Through mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy and strengths-based approaches, we will work together on your goals.

During our first session, I want to hear your goals for our time together. Finding joy again may seem so out of reach. It's almost as if the world keeps going on but you feel alone in your situation and stuck. I can help you find a way forward. You can expect to find space to share about your loss and gentle ideas to support your healing. You will find that I have a warm and genuine personality. I've found ways to use humor as it can lighten a heavy load.
