Great to meet you!

Jennifer is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) committed to creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where meaningful change can happen. She believes in the healing power of genuine human connection and its ability to foster personal growth, emotional well-being, and a deeper sense of self-compassion and awareness.

Jennifer is a proud military spouse and mother of three adult children who finds joy and balance in spending time in nature, caring for her beloved pets, nurturing her body through somatic movement and awareness, and expressing herself through music and dance.

My approach to therapy

Jennifer has worked extensively in private practice, community organizations, and medical settings, supporting individuals facing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, relationship and family issues, parenting challenges, career transitions, cultural identity, and spiritual exploration.
