Great to meet you!

You're looking for a place where you can feel understood, and also make meaningful changes in your life. As your therapist, I will meet you with warmth and honesty, and will support you, while also challenging you to move toward your goals. Together, we'll focus on anxiety, relationships, your life transitions, and the patterns that are keeping you feeling stuck.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, and grounded in helping you move toward what really matters to you in your life, work, and relationships. I use evidence-based approaches like ACT and attachment focused work to help you build awareness, emotional flexibility, and stronger, more meaningful connections. I balance support with honest feedback to challenge you to move forward in ways that align with what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll talk through what's bringing you in, what's been feeling hard, and what you're hoping will change. I'll ask questions to better understand your patterns, relationships, and goals, while also helping you to start making sense of things right away. By the end of our first session, you'll have a clearer direction for our work together and a sense of how therapy with me will feel moving forward.
