Great to meet you!

With 26 years of experience as a nurse, a veteran, and an individual with lived experience, I bring a deeply well-rounded and compassionate perspective to psychiatric care.

My approach to therapy

My practice is built on a calm, collaborative approach centered entirely on shared decision-making. Whether we are navigating therapy strategies or discussing medication management, my primary goal is to foster a safe, transparent space where you feel thoroughly informed, deeply respected, and actively in control of your own healing journey.

What you can expect from me

• A Secure, Simple Connection: You will log into a secure, private, and HIPAA-compliant video link from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

• Paperwork & History Review: We will start by reviewing your completed intake forms and medical history to ensure a thorough, safe clinical foundation.

• An Open, Pressure-Free Dialogue: We will discuss your current challenges, symptoms, and what you hope to achieve. We will also look closely at your history with psychiatric medications—what has worked, what hasn't, and any concerns you might have.

• Shared Decision-Making: Instead of a rigid prescription plan, we will collaborate on next steps. If medication is indicated, we will discuss options transparently so you feel fully informed and actively involved in the final decision.
