Hi I'm Jennifer. For the first nine years of my practice, I was an unlicensed counselor. I worked with children/adolescents and their families as well as serious mental health disorders, substance use disorders, and those in crisis. My passion and current focus is working with people who suffer from anxiety, depression, overwhelming stress, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I take a humanistic eclectic approach utilizing techniques from many therapeutic modality to meet your in the moment needs. I believe in breaking subconscious patterns and improving negative core beliefs that you are often not aware of but keeps you stuck in the same patterns.

In the first session, my goal is to get to know you, your story, your desires, and most importantly the changes you seek to make. You can expect to be met with warmth, curiosity, and for me to meet and accept you exactly where you are.
