Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or carrying more than you can hold? You don’t have to do it alone.

You may be the one who has always been strong for everyone else—holding things together, showing up, and pushing through even when it’s hard. But lately, it may feel like it’s catching up with you. You might feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward.

I provide a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, process what you’ve been carrying, and begin to feel more grounded and emotionally supported. Together, we’ll gently explore your experiences, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward healing in a way that feels safe and manageable.

I have experience supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and unresolved emotional wounds. I also work with individuals who have experienced grief and significant life transitions, helping them move through pain with compassion and care.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs. I believe in meeting you where you are, without judgment, and helping you reconnect with your sense of clarity, strength, and peace.

My approach to therapy

I help clients:

  • Process emotional pain and past experiences
  • Navigate depression and anxiety
  • Heal from relationship wounds and patterns
  • Build emotional clarity and healthier coping strategies
  • Reconnect with themselves and feel more grounded

For those who desire it, I am open to integrating faith into the healing process in a way that feels supportive and respectful.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely okay to feel unsure at first. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and not alone in what you’re going through.

We will move at a pace that feels right for you. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin—just showing up is enough.
