Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor with a background in education, counseling psychology, and ministry. I hold degrees from Northwest University and Argosy University (Seattle School of Professional Psychology), and I am an ordained minister.

My work integrates clinical training with a deep understanding of emotional, relational, and spiritual healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy

I work with women and individuals who are navigating trauma, identity questions, and significant life transitions—especially when their experiences have impacted how they see themselves, others, or God.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and deeply grounded. I help clients make sense of what they’ve been through, untangle patterns that no longer serve them, and rebuild a stable, integrated sense of identity.

This is not just about symptom relief—it is about lasting change, clarity, and becoming more fully grounded in who you are.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect from me

I offer a steady, non-rushed space where your story is taken seriously and your pace is respected.

I have particular focus in:

• complex trauma and emotional healing

• spiritual and religious trauma

• identity rebuilding and life transitions

• relational wounds and attachment patterns

For those who desire it, I offer thoughtful, client-led integration of faith in a way that is safe, respectful, and non-coercive.

My goal is to help you move toward clarity, stability, and a deeper sense of wholeness.
