Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, codependency, chronic illness, and the stress of life's harder passages. My primary focus is supporting you in developing self-awareness, recognizing the patterns that have shaped you, and bringing genuine self-compassion to the process of growth and change. I offer a warm, present, gently direct and intuitive style — and I want to work collaboratively with you in the journey we take together.

My approach to therapy

I have been practicing psychotherapy for nearly 20 years, working with a variety of life issues. My approach is integrative, using several methods, including EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems informed parts work, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Family Systems, Humanistic and am naturally inclined toward body oriented, somatic and mindful awareness.

What you can expect from me

I offer a steady, attuned presence that supports insight, self-discovery, and genuine understanding of the patterns that have shaped you. Together we explore what isn't working, what you're longing for, and what might be possible — moving at a pace that feels respectful to your nervous system and your story. I bring both warmth and honesty to our work, with a deep commitment to self-acceptance and self-compassion as the foundation for lasting change.
