Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I provide a compassionate yet direct space where you can be seen, challenged, and empowered to grow. I help clients navigate life’s stages, challenges, and relationships while examining the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape how they see themselves and connect with others. Together, we will do the honest work of building a healthy sense of self, strengthening your relationships, and becoming more intentional about the life you want to create.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and direct. I create a safe space for clients to be honest, explore difficult experiences, and feel empowered to make meaningful changes. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I have a trauma-informed approach to helping clients understand how past experiences, life transitions, challenges, and relationships may influence their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and sense of self. I work alongside clients to identify unhealthy patterns and communication skills; strengthen self-awareness and boundaries; and develop a healthier, more confident relationship with themselves and others.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you can share your story, identify what brought you to therapy, and begin to feel heard and understood. We will explore what may be impacting your sense of self and overall well-being. By the end of the session, greater clarity about your needs and a collaborative plan for moving forward with intentional meaningful change will be gained.
