Great to meet you!

Reaching out for help is often the hardest first step, but you don't have to navigate it alone. As a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) with over 30 years of experience, I provide a safe, supportive space to help you heal and reclaim your power. Drawing on a strengths-based approach, I walk alongside you through trauma and addiction, honoring your unique journey every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is entirely patient-driven and strength-based—meaning I don't focus on what is 'broken,' but rather on partnering with you to uncover and build upon the resilience and tools you already possess. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can reclaim your life, achieve stability, and move toward lasting healing.

What you can expect from me

Our introductory session is dedicated time for us to get to know one another, discuss your expectations, and let you share your story at your own pace. My priority is to provide a warm, safe, and judgment-free space where you feel comfortable. In the sessions that follow, we will collaborate to build a personalized roadmap and turn your goals into reality.
