Specializes in

Anxiety and Depression

Great to meet you!

I graduated with my Doctorate in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and have spent the last several years working in a top-tier Spinal Cord Injury and Brain Injury Rehab Hospital. My specialty is working with individuals and family members who have experienced life changing injuries, disabilities, and medical conditions. Therapy can focus on treating anxiety and depression, adapting to new life circumstances, navigating relationships, addressing sleep difficulties, and managing pain.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is that I don't have one set approach. Every person is different and every problem is different, which means every treatment needs to be different as well. What I do is create meaningful and honest relationships in order to work together to reach identified goals. Together we will highlight personal strengths, while understanding and addressing areas of improvement. All interventions will stem from evidence based approaches, but will be carefully selected and implemented.

What you can expect from our first session

By choosing to work together with me, I vow to hear you, respect you, understand you, and challenge you. I will learn what is important to you, what you have been through, where you struggle, and where you want to go. We will work together to create an environment that feels safe and secure, so that you can be honest, transparent, and vulnerable. My goal is to help you reach your goals. I want to help you life a life that brings you meaning and purpose, in whatever way that matters to you.
