Great to meet you!

The clients in my practice describe my style as warm, thoughtful and creative. I work in a relational style, where I believe in tailoring each course of therapy to the needs of each individual.

I earned a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a Master of Art Therapy from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

I work most frequently with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, parenting/post-partum, creative blocks and existential issues.

My approach to therapy

I think it is essential to offer a space where you can feel safe to be honest about what is happening in your life. Whether you're dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression or struggling with a life transition, it is the relationship between you and me that leads to insight and healing. I offer a range of psychotherapeutic techniques including relational psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavior techniques and sand tray therapy.

What you can expect from me

In every psychotherapy session there is a place where the client and therapist meet and come alive in the present moment. This is the place that I work from. I achieve this through active dialogue, attentive listening and creative exchange.
