Many times, we feel powerless, whether it is in relationships, career, health or other aspects of life. I will team up with you to take back your power to make positive changes to live your best life. I work with adults and teens addressing variety of conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD and ADHD. I received my Master's Degree in Social Work from UW-Milwaukee and have been working in this field for almost 20 years.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My treatment approach is strengths-based and collaborative. I provide treatment through traditional talk therapy, skills building and more intensive trauma processing.
