With over 23 years of clinical experience I've worked with children, teens and adults through various stages of life. My focus has been a compassionate, holistic approach to mental health. While integrating mind and body, I incorporate evidence based practices, grounded in Christian values. I welcome clients of all faiths and beliefs.
Much of my experience has included working with challenging behaviors in children and adolescents, as well as adults in various stages of life. As anxiety and depression have increased over the last few years, my focus has been on cognitive-behavioral techniques to challenge anxious thoughts while replacing them with healthier, and oftentimes faith based affirmations. I believe that the counseling process should consist of working as a team with the individual in order to reach their goals. I can support clients in healing and navigating through anxiety, depression, or just difficult seasons of life.
