Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years experience helping clients adjust to changes in their lives, including life transitions such as aging, grieving the loss of a loved one, or learning alternate coping strategies with symptoms of depression, anxiety or chronic conditions.

My approach to therapy

The majority of my work has been with the aging population and I have focused primarily on providing clients with a place to unburden themselves, free of judgment in order to receive compassion, connection to concrete services, and a dose of humor, where needed. Clients can also gain reminders of their strengths even during these moments of hopelessness or stress in their lives.

What you can expect from me

I work collaboratively and non-judgmentally with clients to set mutually agreed on treatment goals. Sessions typically begin with discussion on steps worked on during the week before and end with steps for the week ahead to help clients measure success.
