Great to meet you!

Take a deep breath, you don’t have to keep feeling this way. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but it is often the beginning of things starting to feel lighter.

With my background as a board certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner, I bring over 15 years of experience helping adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or burned out feel more stable, clear, and in control.

My approach combines thoughtful medication management with practical, supportive therapy. I take the time to understand what is going on, and we work together to create a plan that fits your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and solution-focused. I look beyond symptoms to understand how stress, routines, habits, and life circumstances are impacting how you feel day to day.

Treatment may include medication when appropriate, along with practical strategies you can use in real life. Sessions are collaborative and focused on helping you feel better, not just talk about the problem.

What you can expect from me

Your first visit is structured but relaxed. We’ll go through your history, talk about what’s been going on, and identify what you need help with most right now.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear understanding of what’s going on and a plan for next steps. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and more confident about how to move forward.
