Great to meet you!

Hello! My goal is to help you create the life you want to live. Every individual is going through a different situation or life transition and may need a specific style of counseling. In sessions, I will support, guide, and challenge when necessary. I will provide the skills and knowledge necessary for overcoming/managing mental health difficulties. If you decide to work with me as your counselor, I will do my best to approach every situation with compassion and drive to provide appropriate therapeutic results that will best fit you! I work with children (4-17 years old), young adults, and adults.

My approach to therapy

I have experience working with anxiety, stress, behavior/peer difficulties, depression, crisis management, family/relationship conflicts, life transitions, and health/nutrition. I also have experience working with self-esteem/body difficulties, and intellectual disabilities. I view my therapeutic approach as client centered.

What you can expect from me

I like to meet my client where they are therapeutically. I also use varying techniques in sessions while getting to know clients. I view my clients with an open mind and have a compassionate and warm approach. In every therapeutic relationship, it is important to establish rapport, a trusting environment, and follow ethical guidelines.
