Great to meet you!

I am passionate about providing a safe and creative space for therapy. Starting the process of getting support can be daunting, although art therapy can help ease this transition. You do not need art experience. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages.

I am a Board Certified Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor. My training allows me to support individuals through creative expression and have my client's experience the healing power of art therapy.

My approach to therapy

I most often work from a strength-based art therapy perspective. We will work together to identify the strengths you already possess and find creative ways for you to cultivate those strengths. We will utilize art-making, the creative process, applied psychological theory, and human experience to support your healing.

What you can expect from me

I enjoy helping manage anxiety, finding positive coping skills, and building self-esteem. I work with families to find healing by building stronger relationships. I most often works from an art therapy, mindfulness, trauma focused client-centered and strength-based perspectives.
