Great to meet you!

I'm glad you're here to find a good fit for you. If you're looking for someone to guide and direct you to solutions and change, we may be a good fit.

I specialize in working with moms who want to focus on:

anxiety/stress

parenting

figuring out or bettering your relationship

balancing life while still (finally) focusing on you

My expertise also includes bereavement (grief from a death), grief and loss as well as guiding you through talking to children about:

death

life changes

divorce

My approach to therapy

I'm not the therapist that will simply be a shoulder to lean on or an ear to only listen. What I do is listen, pull out where we should start and give you tools to move forward with. I believe that you're here because you want change to happen instead of being on your hamster wheel.

What you can expect from me

After you move forward with the tools we will continue to evaluate the changes, ongoing goals & progress so you're experiencing more control, peace and capability to conquer what once seemed overwhelming.
