I've built insight and empathy across multiple settings, including the psychiatric emergency room, inpatient wards, IOPs, PHPs, and outpatient settings. I'm a proud nerd who loves data, evidence-based approaches, trauma-informed care, and therapy.

I practice unconditional positive regard: The belief that I will accept and support you regardless of your thoughts, feelings, or behaviors. I strive to do so without judgment or conditions (even when things are messy or difficult). My focus is on your current needs and wants. I then combine my experience to create a treatment plan that offers solutions.
Each session should feel like you and I have accomplished something. I want you to know I am on your team. Medicine is great and all, but I want you to understand your patterns. I focus on the present and map out where you're going. Each session should feel worthwhile.
