Great to meet you!

I’m fascinated by neuroscience, neurobiology, and the many ways human beings are uniquely wired. At the same time, I believe we are fundamentally wired for connection, and that healthy relationships with ourselves and with others are key for a meaningful life. I bring that curiosity, ongoing learning, and respect for individual differences into the work I do.

My approach to therapy

I pay attention to your history, your strengths, your needs, and your unique nervous system so we can figure out what actually works for YOU! I’m warm, direct, and active in session, and while our work is focused, I don’t think therapy has to feel stiff or boring. My goal is for therapy to feel safe, useful, and real. I want you to leave with more than insight. I want you to have greater clarity about yourself and your relationships, along with practical tools for what to do next.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get a clear picture of what is bringing you in, what has been feeling difficult, and what you hope will be different. I’ll ask questions to understand your history, current patterns, relationships, strengths, and anything else that may be important to the bigger picture. We will also begin identifying where to focus so therapy feels purposeful from the start. You do not need to have everything figured out before you come in. We can sort through it together and start building a plan that fits you.
