Jennifer Milam

I earned my Associate's degree from South Florida State College, my Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida, and my Master's in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. With over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field, I have developed a broad skill set. I treat a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and eating disorders. I prefer to work with clients who are at least 18 years old.

I provide mental health treatment primarily through medication management with therapeutic support. I provide my clients with positivity and hope. I want to help them develop the tools they need to get through everyday life stressors.

I take the time to listen to my patients and work with them on personalized goals for their own care. I also provide an open, nonjudgmental environment for my clients.
