Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome to my profile. I am an empathetic, strengths-based therapist, committed to working with my clients in a safe, nonjudgmental and collaborative environment.

Individuals seek therapy for a variety of reasons and my goal as a therapist is to meet each individual where they are in their journey. I have 16 plus years' experience collaborating with children and their families as well as adults and specialize in the areas of anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting, grief, and relationships.

My approach to therapy

Modalities I might utilize include Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapies.

What you can expect from me

We’ll work together to help you move toward your goals. My aim is to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing openly and confident that you’re in a supportive, secure space. From there, we’ll collaborate in each session to explore challenges, build on your strengths, and take meaningful steps toward making those goals a reality.
