Great to meet you!

I’m a LMFT who helps clients navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the emotional patterns that can keep them feeling stuck. My style is warm, honest, and supportive, and I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered. I use trauma-informed, attachment-based, and practical approaches to help clients build insight, healing, and real change.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a warm, honest, and supportive way, while also helping them gently look at the deeper patterns behind their struggles. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and grounded in practical tools that help clients better understand their emotions, relationships, and nervous system responses. I specialize in working with anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and patterns rooted in past wounds or unhealthy dynamics. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered to make meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm and nonjudgmental space where you can begin to share what is bringing you to therapy at your own pace. In the first session, I focus on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and exploring the patterns, stressors, or experiences that may be affecting your well-being. We will also begin identifying goals for therapy so you leave with a clearer sense of direction and what we will be working toward together. My goal is for clients to feel heard, safe, and supported while starting to build hope and insight from the very beginning.
