Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a decade of experience in the counseling field, my passion lies in supporting others to discover their own innate potential to grow and heal. My hope is that those working with me can feel free from mental health symptoms enough to be able to identify their core values, move through distressing experiences with psychological flexibility, and live a value-driven life. By meeting others in their own world, I am able to serve others that are struggling with anxiety disorders like generalized anxiety disorder and panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, low self-esteem, and depressive disorders. I have a strong passion to help women who are pregnant and postpartum, as well.

My approach to therapy

Respect, kindness, and compassion are at the core of all of my work. I am determined to develop a strong, and positive therapeutic alliance that allows others to learn evidence-based practices to meet their therapy goals. Evidence-based therapy modalities such as acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, polyvagal theory (body-based approach), mindfulness-based stress reduction, and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

It can be difficult to start therapy. It is my sincere hope that you are seen, heard, and supported in each and every therapy session. By working together, we will create an individualized plan to meet your therapy goals.
