Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jennifer, and I want to help you feel less stuck and more like yourself again. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, personality disorders, major life transitions, and the challenges that come with aging. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and certications in addiction treatment, so you're getting real clinical depth alongside a warm, practical approach. Together, we'll build tools and changes that actually support your well-being and your goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you can be honest, feel heard, and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship while helping clients develop practical tools, greater self-awareness, and healthier ways of coping and moving forward.

What you can expect from me

Our rst session is about getting a clear picture of where you are right now and what you're hoping will be different. From there, we identify meaningful goals together and build a plan that ts your life, not a generic script. As we work, you can expect to build greater self-awareness, stronger coping skills, and healthier relationships. Most clients notice they feel steadier and more condent handling life's challenges well before we're done.
