My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, whole-person approach that recognizes the importance of the nervous system in mental, physical and emotional well-being. I help clients identify and shift patterns that contribute to distress, develop practical tools for emotional and nervous system regulation, and build a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
