My approach to therapy

When working together we will create a collaborative journey providing you with a safe space to explore your struggles, heal traumas, create lasting connections, and identify your personal strengths as well as develop new tools to achieve healing and growth. Using a science based integrated approach using EMDR, ART, emotion focused, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness techniques creating the space to work through past experiences that are holding you back from healing and happiness.

What you can expect from me

Jennifer views therapy as a highly collaborative, empowering process. She utilizes EMDR, EFT, attachment theory, CBT, mindfulness, and DBT as she works with you to develop new insights, strategies, repair fractured relationships, and create a more fulfilling life. You can anticipate a highly attuned, non-judgmental space for safe processing. She is deeply passionate about the integrated work she does with clients and is dedicated to providing the most recent evidence-based interventions.
