“Everyone has a story”, Jennifer (Jenny) Most, LCSW believes everyone’s story deserves to be told and most importantly heard. Jenny creates a safe space with a listening heart guiding clients to discover their “voice” on their healing journey. Jenny graduated with a Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University School of Social Work. Jenny specializes in the treatment of Anxiety, OCD, OCPD, Depression and Trauma relationship issues. Jenny has experience with adults and couples. Jenny works from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy -Trauma Informed lens Exposure Response Prevention Therapy Framework is currently gaining a certificate in the Gottman method for couples.

My approach to therapy

Jenny understands that putting the power back in the hands of the client allows the development of the client’s own voice. Jenny’s hope for her clients is that in finding their voice, her client’s ability to express their needs translates into their personal lives.
