Great to meet you!

Welcome! Many individuals are afraid to start counseling, unsure of what to expect. I let my clients set the pace, use humor, and build a partnership. Face your fear. Together we can make goals a reality.

My approach to therapy

  • I want to get to know you. I am very laid back and believe therapy should have humor and laughter. If we can't laugh at ourselves, who can we laugh at? We become resilient together. I have experience working with individuals age eight and older experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, behavioral concerns, and stressors, with a specialty in helping adolescents and young adults. I love diversity.

What you can expect from me

I always start our first session as an introductory session where we meet and you share your concerns and goals for the future. You will have the opportunity to meet me and decide if I am the right fit for you. Together we will begin our journey.
